Smart Lipo or Laser Lipo is the newest scientific alternative to liposuction to get rid of unwanted fat.  Originating in Europe, this technology uses lasers, like those used for dental work or laser eye surgery, to zap fat cells and liquify them before removing them from the targeted area of the body.
