Enjoying Exercises With Sole Elliptical

I really wasn’t all that familiar with elliptical machines. I knew all about treadmills. I have used treadmills in the past and remembered that I didn’t enjoy them at all. Those machines were too loud, there were too sturdy and what bothered me most were my feet that were slapping the moving tread. It jarred my knees and, to be honest, I also had a bit of trouble keeping my balance while running.

There are many people that do not like to workout, and I am one of them. It is hard for me to get a motivation for exercising, but I like the feeling I have after my exercising routine. I need to distract myself while I work out. The fact that I got 15 pounds extra made me want to start exercising. The aerobic videos I've tried were just too much for me. I had a gym membership, but I simply didn't have the time to visit it. My husband said that we buy an elliptical trainer for our home. We started a search for a machine that would give us most value for our money.

One of the Sole elliptical machines was our choice. There are so many things I enjoy about this machine, but the quietness is the biggest one of them all. I have it set up in my office so that I am able to put my 20 minutes in and watch my favorite show at the same time. I don’t have to have the television volume turned to a deafening level just to be able to hear over the sound of the elliptical. When compared to treadmill, an elliptical machine is super quiet.

Other great benefit of this elliptical trainer is that the footpads move together with your feet. So as my foot raises up to take a step, the footpad raises up with me. A moving tread is not something your feet will hit all th time. The elliptical trainer offers a fluid motion since the arm bars are moving along with your body, and this is the best way to keep your balance and get a total body workout.

After using a Sole elliptical I will never go back to using a treadmill again.
